  1. We Deliver – SMART Papers has a 68,000-square-foot-high cube distribution center that lets us reach 60 percent of the U.S. printing market within one day. As a result, you get shipping on stocked items in 24 hours or less. And speaking of inventory on-hand: we stock more than 1000 SKUs of industry-leading products. So, you get the paper you need, when you need it.
  2. We Produce – SMART Papers produces more than 35,000 tons of premium coated and uncoated printing papers at our single mill site in Hamilton, Ohio. Our unique production facility houses one paper machines, 22 cast-coating lines and is supported by various types of paper finishing and converting equipment.
    • We process standard and custom blends of virgin, recycled post-consumer and non-wood fibers.
    • Our cast-coated, blade- and rod-coating capabilities enable production of unique coated surfaces from the highest gloss to the softest matte.
    • Four computer controlled rewinders and four state-of-the-art precision sheeters allow for any roll or sheet size to meet customer requirements.
  3. We Innovate – Our future lies in developing new products that you and your customers need. We offer a dedicated papermaking team with a focused group of product and brand specialists, as well as a commitment to research and development. The bottom line: SMART Papers brings you a host of innovative products for existing and new markets. If you need a SMART solution – from custom colors and finishes to special basis weights or coating formulas – our team is ready to provide it.
  4. We Create – SMART Papers creates branded, differentiated and proven ultra-smooth premium-coated, matte-coated and cast-coated papers. We offer advantages of brand, choice and reliability at an affordable price.
  5. We Customize – As an agile and independent producer, we take pride in offering exceptional services that often aren’t available from larger mills; and our flexible service, customization and rapid turnaround prove our commitment as a partner. We also have manufacturing capabilities that facilitate small order minimums and customized order production. You get orders of 2,000 pounds on special finishes and special sizes, 10,000 pounds for special weights, and 20,000 pounds or less for special colors.
